Our Story

From a folding table to Main Street.

Bark Avenue Pet Boutique started in 2024 — a mother and daughter who kept picking up pet products, turning them over, and putting them back down. If nobody was going to make premium goods for the dogs we treat like family, we would.

In the beginning every bandana was cut and sewn right here in Canton, in Cherokee County, then loaded into bins and hauled to popup markets across Metro Atlanta. We met a lot of very good dogs that way.

Today they are made in our own shop at 8647 Main Street in Downtown Woodstock. Same hands, same scissors — just a better address.

The Signature Piece

The Bark Avenue Bandana

Everything else in the shop we hand-pick. The bandanas we make.

Cut, sewn, and finished by hand at our worktable on Main Street — usually with somebody's dog supervising from the rug.

We pick fabric that holds its color through the wash and finish hems that survive a real dog's week: creek water, car rides, and the wrestling match at the park.

New prints land every season — holidays, game days, and a few we make just because the bolt was too good to leave at the store.

Made in the shop

Sewn at 8647 Main Street. Not sourced, not drop-shipped, not printed overseas.

Built to be worn

Premium fabric and real finished hems, so it still looks like something after the fifth wash.

Sized for your dog

Small, medium, and large — for lap dogs and for the big goofball on the block.

A peek at the collection

Curated, made, and tail-tested.

Beyond the bandanas we carry harnesses, leashes, treats, enrichment toys, and a few things for the humans too. Here is a sample — the full catalog lives in the shop.

Inside the Shop

This is what it looks like when you walk in.

Wide aisles, low shelves, and a floor that is meant to be laid on. Ryder is showing you around — the treat wall, the enrichment toys, and the green wall out front that everybody photographs their dog against.

Dogs are not just allowed, they are the point. Come try a bandana on, fill a Pupsicle, and let your dog pick something out.

Met us at a popup?

We spent our first year at markets all over Metro Atlanta, meeting your dogs one folding table at a time. A lot of those customers still make the drive to Woodstock, and we love them for it. There is more in the shop than ever fit in the bins.
